Common Issues

Buckling

Large span of C channels if not well supported could fail due to buckling under compressive loads causing structural instability.
Corrosion –incessant moisture or corrosive elements would only make these channels corrode even more so in the C channel that no proper coatings are applied.
Incorrect Sizing Choosing the wrong size for a job can lead to poor results, or simply waste material and money.
